Areas of Expertise: Dina has more than 20 years of experience in the area of real estate law, concentrating primarily on community development and economic development initiatives. She has represented for profit and nonprofit developers, institutional lenders, and community financial institutions in matters pertaining to affordable housing tax credit transactions, homeownership and moderate income housing initiatives, commercial economic development initiatives including those that involve the use of New Market Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits. Dina also has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations in the application and maintenance of federal and state tax exemption.
Community Involvement: Dina is a member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. She is also a board member of the Philadelphia based Homeless Assistance Fund, Inc.
Experience and Education: Dina is a former Associate Practice Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law. Dina graduated from Miami University and earned her law degree in 1985 from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
