How to Apply for Services

Eligibility

To ensure community involvement, RHLS only works with nonprofit organizations that have at least two or three low-income individuals on their boards of directors.

Please note that RHLS does not handle individual client cases, such as landlord/tenant or mortgage foreclosures.

Request for Service

A group seeking RHLS representation for the first time must send a letter on the organization’s letterhead describing its mission and the nature of the services needed. This letter must be sent to:

Mark Levin, Esq.
Chief Counsel
Regional Housing Legal Services
2 South Easton Road
Glenside, PA 19038

RHLS will review requests on a regular basis and will respond within two weeks of receiving the request.
