RHLS does not provide direct legal representation to individuals facing foreclosure or eviction (or other non-housing related matters).

RHLS does provide information and assistance to individuals by:

* providing comments on draft applications to the Homeowners’ Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (HEMAP) which provides temporary loans to those at risk of foreclosure

* advocating for low-income consumers of public utilities

* providing information and resources on foreclosure prevention

* sharing information about public utility assistance programs
