Testimony: Adverse Possession

On September 30, 2009, Judy Berkman presented testimony to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives about the need to modernize Pennsylvania’s adverse possessions law. Ms. Berkman testified that changing the law would help preserve single family homes vulnerable to abandonment.
