Cynthia Witman Daley, RHLS Staff Attorney, and Kristina Klugar, Policy Director, co-authored an article titled “HEMAP Helps Families Experiencing Hard Luck to Save Their Homes”. The article explains the Pennsylvania’s Homeowners’ Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (HEMAP) and RHLS’ HEMAP Help Center that was designed to help homeowners understand the HEMAP program and improve their chances of getting accepted.
