Mark Schwartz presented on September 10, 2009 at the I’M HOME Retreat as part of a panel entitled, “Developing &/or Navigating HFA Financing Programs for Manufactured Housing”. Regional Housing Legal Services is one of CFED’s local partners and is working to develop and promote financial products and public policy strategies to support resident purchase of manufactured housing communities in Pennsylvania.
