Harry Geller, Executive Director of PULP, published an article entitled, “Electric Rate Caps Ending Locally in 2011”. The Article highlights the upcoming changes and tells consumers about programs that might help offset some of the expected cost increases — including, enrolling in Customer Assistance Programs and applying for Weatherization Assistance Program funds. The article appeared in the Northwestern Legal Services Access to Justice Newsletter (Winter 2010).
