The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) recently released survey results showing that 85 % of primary care doctors surveyed “feel it is as important to address patients’ social needs as it is to treat their medical conditions.” Housing is a key piece of the social needs doctors wish they could address.
Last week RWJF followed-up on the survey with a webinar titled “Health Care’s Blind Side: Exploring Solutions to Address Social Needs”? It included a discussion of some really innovative interventions across the country. The discussion continues online and you can listen to the archived webinar now.
