Regional Housing Legal Services had the opportunity to celebrate another victory with our clients at Welsh Mountain Home and HCD Mid-Atlantic on Monday, 9/22. Mountain View Terrace, located in New Holland, Pennsylvania will provide 36 new apartments for seniors with low incomes.
Welsh Mountain Home, an affiliate of Landis Communities, is a non-profit personal care home that provides compassionate, affordable care for over 85 years to seniors in Lancaster County. The project includes collaboration from HDC MidAtlantic, Cornerstone Design Architects, ELA Group, E.G. Stoltzfus, McKonly & Asbury, and Landis Communities, of which Welsh Mountain Home is an affiliate.
RHLS attorney Dina Schlossberg, Deputy Director/Senior Attorney Multi-Family Housing represented Welsh Mountain Home in the development phase and through the financial closing with Fulton Bank, the Redevelopment Authority of Lancaster County and the Affordable Housing Program loan with Ephrata Bank. Director of Economic Development, Laura Schwartz, also worked on this transaction and prepared the Affordable Housing Program loan documents and other documents as needed.
Mountain View Terrace is yet another example of RHLS attorneys getting it done- handling the varied and complex nature of related legal work to move the development forward. Congratulations to all involved!
