The attorneys and policy staff at RHLS provide training and outreach to over 1,500 advocates, service providers, and community members each year.

We can help nonprofits, educators, government officials, and community members learn more about affordable housing and the systems that impact it.
Some of the trainings we provide:
The Basics of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Preservation of Subsidized Affordable Housing: Year 15 and Beyond Partnering with Private Developers for Nonprofits Preservation of Subsidized Affordable Housing in Rural Areas Community Land Trusts: The History and Future of Affordable Housing in PA A Guide to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit for Legal Services Providers Protecting Homeowners in Manufactured Home Communities Crafting a Fair Tenant Selection Plan
RHLS staff members routinely speak at conferences, on panels, and engage in roundtables about various topics related to affordable housing and community-development. If you are interested in engaging one of our staff members for their expertise, contact us to set up a time to discuss your engagement.
