Regional Housing Legal Services

Regional Housing Legal Services has a small but mighty team of lawyers, professionals, and administrative staff dedicated to creating and preserving affordable housing. Our staff and law student alumni often become leaders in government, the private bar, and at other mission-driven organizations.  

Internships and Externships for Law Students

RHLS hosts summer legal interns every year. You can submit your resumé and cover letter to careers@rhls.org for consideration. The deadline for applications for summer internships is January 31st. 

Other Internships 

Periodically, RHLS will consider hosting internships for Master’s level students in public policy, social work (macro), or other academic programs with alignment to our work. You can submit your resumé and cover letter to careers@rhls.org for consideration.  

Fellowships

RHLS regularly hosts fellowships for current or recently graduated law students interested in transactional legal work related to affordable housing and community development. We are open to accepting fellows from the programs listed below and will consider others if appropriate.
