al Housing Legal Services is thrilled to congratulate our Board President, Markita Morris-Louis, for her recent honor as a Woman of Distinction by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Markita serves as the RHLS Board President and has worked at RHLS as a staff attorney. She has proven one of the most ardent and committed advocates of our work.
The award which seeks to honor “dynamic businesswomen,” “making a difference in their communities and blazing a trail for all of us.” It was presented by PNC bank and co-sponsor Cancer Treatment Centers of America on Tuesday, November 17th.
Markita was one of twenty-five accomplished women who received this fantastic honor.
We are thankful and humbled to have Markita as a trailblazer for our organization!
