Applications are now open for Saving Homes Before They’re Lost: Preventing Heirs’ Property Loss and Resolving Tangled Titles, a free 7-session virtual Solutions Sprint developed by Results for America and LISC. The program is designed to help communities launch or expand local efforts to prevent heirs’ property loss and resolve tangled title issues.
The Sprint brings together cross-sector teams—including community-based organizations, legal partners, local governments, universities, philanthropies, and housing organizations—to develop practical implementation strategies and learn from peers across the country.

- Want to learn more about preventing and addressing heirs’ property challenges
- Already have an heirs’ property initiative and would like to strengthen it
- Are interested in developing a program but are unsure where to start

- Sprint Kickoff: September 16, 2026
- Format: Seven virtual sessions held on Wednesdays in September and October (90 minutes each)
