Welcome Ashaa Simmons, Public Ally.

On September 14, we welcomed Ashaa Simmons, Delaware Public Allies Americorps Apprentice. Ashaa Simmons is a Partnership Expansion Coordinator with 13 years of professional leadership experience and a strong commitment to community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and service.

In her role with Regional Housing Legal Services, she supports the organization’s continued development in Delaware by cultivating relationships with community partners, strengthening opportunities for volunteer engagement, and helping build meaningful connections between RHLS and the communities it serves.

She also supports the Communications Department in advancing the organization’s mission and community presence. She is a member of AmeriCorps Public Allies, where she continues to develop her leadership through service, collaboration, and community-centered work. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Business Management, further developing her expertise in organizational leadership, strategy, and sustainable nonprofit development.

Ashaa will be with RHLS through June 30, 2027.
