Regional Housing Legal Services (RHLS) is committed to transparency regarding our sources of funding and our expenses. We support our work through diversified funding sources including support from the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, PA IOLTA Board, private foundations, corporations, contributions from individual donors, and pro bono support. RHLS maintains a balanced budget with a small surplus in unrestricted net assets for security and sustainability.
RHLS receives support from Commonwealth Housing Legal Services (CHLS), an indepedent support corporation that provides representation and consulting services on a limited basis. Fees collected from work conducted through CHLS supports our ability to provide in-depth legal services and engage in policy advocacy to support affordable housing.
