Philadelphia’s Housing Opportunities Made Easy (H.O.M.E) Initiative is an historic and ambitious opportunity to create 13,500 new housing units and preserve 16,500 homes, for both renters and homeowners. The H.O.M.E. Initiative aims to invest in new development, fund and grow existing preservation programs, and make changes to zoning and land use law.
