The six-hour course will take place over two days: Tuesday, September 15, from 12:30 – 3:30 pm ET and Wednesday, September 16, from 12:30 – 3:30 pm ET.
This an introductory-level course is designed for individuals interested in starting or supporting a community land trust (CLT), new staff or board members of existing CLTs, or anyone interested in revisiting the fundamentals. We’ll cover the history, structure, and governance of CLTs.
The course will be taught by Grounded Solutions staff Jason Webb and Rachel Enwright.
