We have helped create or preserve 11,533 affordable homes since 1973, including $2.1 billion in financing.
We have represented more than 220 community groups.  
In partnership with other advocates, RHLS has led initiatives resulting in $950 million in funding for affordable housing and community development in Pennsylvania since 2019.  
Our attorney team has helped bring over 160 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions to a financial close.  
We provide training to an average of 1,500 advocates and community members every year.
