Regional Housing Legal Services to Provide Legal Services to Delaware Nonprofits Creating, Protecting Affordable Homes.

We are excited to share that we are now able to provide services to nonprofits and community groups in the state of Delaware to assist with the creation and protection of affordable housing. With over 50 years of experience in housing-related legal services and client partnerships, the work of RHLS has resulted in the creation or preservation of over 11,500 affordable homes and $2.1 billion in financing in Pennsylvania.

The RHLS Delaware Office will be headed by Jack Stucker, Supervising Attorney. Stucker brings a deep understanding of government financing perspectives to his work, having previously served as general counsel for Delaware’s Low-income Housing Tax Credit allocating agency, Delaware State Housing Authority.  He excels at providing strategic counsel to clients navigating multiple systems to develop, preserve, and operate supportive housing.
