RHLS Welcomes New Staff Attorney Gillian Perez.

Gillian is a recent graduate of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University with a concentration in transactional legal practice. While in law school, she found herself interest in business and property law. She then interned in-house with MRK Partners,  an affordable housing developer, and has been hooked on the world of affordable housing ever since!

There, Gillian had the opportunity to work on the acquisition and development of over 80 properties in a multistate portfolio. That informed her passion for impacting the community through mission-driven transactional legal work. Our Board member, Kyle Webster, is General Counsel at MRK, and recommended RHLS as a home for Gillian.
to While in law school, she was the President of Women's Law Association. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a B.A. in Spanish. She is bilingual, loves to travel, crochet and figure skating. Gillian has recently moved to Philadelphia, and she lives with her partner in center city.
