Deanna comes to RHLS from Children First, where she served as the Children’s Health Policy Director. Prior to this role, she served as the Policy Director at the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where she spearheaded the largest budget increase in the coalition’s history—$2.5 million in FY25—through bipartisan support, including a supermajority in the Republican Senate, accomplished in part by mobilizing more than 100 advocates to lobby all 253 members of the General Assembly.
We are thrilled to have Deanna join our team to lead advocacy campaigns.
